  7. PLOTTER is a "Shareware Program" and is provided at no charge to the user
  8. for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends or associates, but
  9. please do not give it away altered or as part of other software. If you find
  10. that you are continuing to use PLOTTER after a reasonable trial period, you
  11. must make a registration payment to the author. The registration fee will
  12. license ONE COPY for use on any ONE COMPUTER at any ONE TIME (see below for
  13. information about site licenses).

  17. Anyone distributing PLOTTER for any kind of remuneration must first contact
  18. Robert Lindsay Wells at the address above for authorization, and to be kept
  19. up-to-date with the latest version of PLOTTER.

  23. When a new release of PLOTTER is issued, the files are archived using the
  24. PKZIP format with filenames of the form PLOTR80.ZIP (where the 80 represents
  25. the current version of PLOTTER). The following files are included in each
  26. shareware release of the program:

  28.        PLOTTER.EXE   The PLOTTER data plotting program.
  29.        PLOTTER.DOC   On-line ASCII instructions for PLOTTER.
  30.        PLOTTER1.DAT  Sample ASCII data file for Signal Processing.
  31.        PLOTTER2.DAT  Sample ASCII data file for Curve Fitting.
  32.        PLOTTER.TXT   This ASCII file (describing registration).
  33.        PLOTTER.ORD   Ready to print ASCII registration form.
  34.        README.EXE    A handy ASCII text viewer that can be used to read
  35.                      and print the DOC, TXT and ORD documentation files.

  37. Up to date versions of my Shareware programs can be downloaded from my WWW
  38. page "http://users.aol.com/wellscom" using any WEB browser.

  42. Please remember that PLOTTER is not free software. As with all Shareware,
  43. each user is expected to purchase it after a reasonable trial period. The
  44. registration fee for PLOTTER is $19, including shipping (please add $2 for

  48.            * An instruction booklet for PLOTTER.
  49.            * A full-featured ASCII Text Editor (READ) as a bonus utility.

  88. Unlimited site licenses are available for PLOTTER. This means that you can
  89. distribute an UNLIMITED number of copies within your company or university
  90. for the single registration fee of $185. Naturally, when users leave your
  91. organization they should register individual copies of PLOTTER if they
  92. continue to use the program.

  96. This software is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties,
  97. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  98. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no

  100. use of PLOTTER. Any liability of the seller is limited exclusively to
  101. product replacement or the refund of the registration fee.
